Installation of UHMWPE Wear Resistant Bridge Support Plate  

  • Prepare the installation area: Clean and clear the surface of the bridge supports.

  • Position the base steel plate on the bridge supports.

  • Install anchor bolts through the holes in the base steel plate and secure tightly to the bridge supports.

  • Place the UHMWPE sheet on top of the base steel plate.

  • Lay the stainless steel plate on top of the UHMWPE sheet.

  • Mount the top steel plate over the stainless steel plate.

  • Secure all components together using appropriate fasteners or welding methods.

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of the bridge supports.
